WPRI: Rep. Gabe Amo to hold District swearing-in ceremony

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Representative Gabe Amo held a district swearing-in ceremony Sunday afternoon.

The event was held at the U.S. District Court House.

He was officially sworn-in to represent Rhode Island’s 1st Congressional District last month in Washington D.C.

Amo became the first ever Black Representative in the state.
